D LUX (“we”, “us”) provides mobile carwash, auto detailing and housekeeping services in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through dluxmiami.com and our booking platform, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, building or address, unit number, vehicle details (such as make and type), service preferences, and any notes you provide. If you pay or tip online, payment details are entered on our payment processor's secure page; we do not store full card numbers. We also collect basic technical data such as device type, browser and approximate location from IP address.
2. How we use information
We use it to schedule and deliver services, confirm and manage bookings, process payments and deposits, send service notifications, respond to inquiries, improve our operations, and comply with the law.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number when booking, we may send you transactional text messages about your booking (confirmation, service start and completion) and, where you agree, occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, QuickBooks Payments or Zelle). Their handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policies. Bookings require a 50% advance payment; the remaining balance is due when the service is delivered.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate (scheduling, messaging, payment and accounting tools such as QuickBooks), with the building or property where the service takes place when needed to provide access, or when required by law.
6. Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Contact us using the details below.
